This is our founder Ling Li, AIA with world famous architect, the late Phillip Johnson (think iconic works like the Seagrams Building, the Glass House, Koch Theater at Lincoln Center, and AT&T buildings and more…) Ling has actively involved in the design of Riverside South Residential Complex Buildings at upperwest side of Manhattan and “the Octopus guest house” with Mr. Johnson!. Fun fact: Ling worked closely under mentor Mr. Johnson for 3 years!
And in 1998, she decided to start her own company Li Architect and built it from the ground up. As one of the youngest architect in NYC back then, She took advantage of her unique experience as both a zoning expert and a design professional who works closely with real estate developers and agents.
